All parts of your being are connected.
So if your mind is stressing out about work or worried about a challenge in one of your relationships… you will feel this stress and worry in your body.
If you’re not getting enough rest, both sleep and time for relaxation while you’re awake… you will feel exhaustion and burnout in your body.
If you’re not eating nutritious foods that support your body… you’ll find it extremely difficult to think clearly, sleep deeply, and regulate your emotions.
Coaching will help you find your personal balance of rest, movement, and nutrition.
My guess is that if you’ve tried things before — diet regimes, meal plans, workout programs, boot camps, sleeping pills and teas, meditations… But there truly is no one-size-fits-all solution to vibrant health. If you don’t find practices that are sustainable for you and learn to integrate them into your life in a long-term way, they won’t last. You’ll go back to doing things in the same way that got you where you are now, whether reaching for convenience foods that make you feel like crap or living on 6 hours of sleep when you feel much better with 8.
Where does your Red Medicine Revolution begin?
When you work with me one on one, we will identify the place you need help most and start there. My goal is to give you a plan that is realistic and achievable, so we focus on the practices that are going to bring you immediate relief as well as building a routine that you will be able to sustain the rest of your life. We might focus on one of the three areas below, but for most people, it’s a unique blend of all three.

Holistic Health Coaching
We focus on the overall picture of your health and how what’s going on in your life is affecting the symptoms you’re seeing in your body — it’s all connected. I’ll create a nutrition plan to address your needs and empower you to make it happen no matter how little money or time you currently have.

Rest Coaching
We’ll work together both on sleep and rest and the relationship between the two. The quality and quantity of your sleep starts with what you do when you’re awake, and yoga nidra is a practice that can not only help you relax but also fall and stay asleep more easily at night.

Personal Movement Rituals
In addition to my Qoya Inspired Movement classes, I offer individualized personal Qoya movement rituals to support you during this season of your life. This is a short ritual designed for you to do every day for a period of time to connect with your body and your intentions, or to integrate an experience or life transition.

We will also use food as our pharmacy, and I may “prescribe” specific ingredients to prioritize in order to support any health challenges you’re struggling with.

Many of the movement practices within Qoya focus on following the feelings in your body in order to tap into its wisdom. I’ll teach you how to do this as a personal practice at home, not only when you can make it to a full class.

Similarly to Qoya movement, there are many practices I will teach you to get out of your head and into your body, to feel more grounded, and to come home to yourself in moments of intense emotion or activity.

Through upgrading your sleep routine to practicing yoga nidra to helping you learn how to prioritize fun and downtime into your schedule, I’ll teach you how to show up for your life feeling awake and well-rested.
